AS ABOVE, SO BELOW

I am a composition of sand and stone,

echoes of past kingdoms and destruction.

Formed from stardust and sea,

 time’s oceans swirl within me.

A snow globe of memories.

My essence is the fragile petal of a fierce flower,

Colors rushing in rivers through my veins.

An entire universe resides within me, where nerves spark and ignite—

Synapses colliding and dying like stars and meteors in the heavens.

When I depart, my soul will evaporate into the atmosphere.

No matter.

For my body will finally be connected.
